 CCD Registration
Please return all forms ASAP.

Registration for 1st grade and new students:
Tuesday, September 7th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm &
Tuesday, September 14th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm
in Lourdes Hall
Registration fee is $100.
All new students must bring their Baptismal Certificates only if they were not baptized at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.

Grades 1-3: Tuesday, September 21st from 3:30-4:30pm

Grades 4-6: Wednesday, September 22nd from 3:30-4:30pm

Grades 7-8: Tuesday, September 28th from 7:00-8:00pm
